Euro Academy is a progressive, private, developmentally appropriate preschool/Kindergarten program and provides a unique Preschool and Kindergarten experience for 3-, 4- and 5-year-olds.

Based on European approaches to early childhood education, Euro Academy is committed to encouraging the development of the whole child within an amiable, inspiring, creative, safe, and nurturing environment.

At Euro Academy, we incorporate what we know to be the best of developmental and progressive early childhood educational practices. This includes a combination of Montessori education, Gardener’s theory of Multiple Intelligences, and, mostly, the world-class Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education, which is based on the belief that learning is expressed through the use of a “hundred languages” or means of expression. As such, the basis of our work is to assist children as they gather knowledge and represent their thought processes through the spoken and written word, as well as non-verbal avenues such as art, music, creative movement and gross motor skills.

At Euro Academy, we believe that all children are strong, powerful, rich in potential and driven by the power of wanting to learn and grow. We believe that children construct knowledge through active play, exploration, problem solving, and the development of social and life skills. Our curriculum is taught in an engaging, meaningful way and includes the development of pre-math and pre-literacy skills.

"We are thrilled by our experience with Euro Academy and love being part of the Euro Academy family. We are so grateful and blessed to have found this school. We currently have two children in the program and cannot wait to send our youngest. From the first day, my children felt safe and comfortable. The communication from the school is excellent. In addition to daily take home folders, updates and progress reports, Director Jana Putos sends out weekly updates and captures the week of learning and fun with pictures. The school is warm and loving and feels like an extension of our home. I am thankful for the teachers and staff that invest in the children every day. They are exemplary and passionate about what they do. In a short amount of time, my kids developed a love for cooking and healthy eating thanks to the onsite cooked organic meals and snacks. I am amazed how they apply at home what they have learned during mealtimes at Euro Academy. In an era of fast, processed food, this part of the program is truly unique and refreshing. The school also introduces Spanish to the students and my kids thoroughly love coming home and singing and dancing to their favorite Spanish colors song. Similarly, the art curriculum at EA is outstanding. The school has created a wonderful environment allowing the kids to get messy and express themselves through art. I love it when my son tells me “See mom, I’m creative”. I also value how Euro Academy has incorporated physical education into the program with Yoga and the phenomenal outside play area.
